Bryan Greene and Leanne at The LOOK Fitness in Irvine

Play more. Move better. Stay on the court.

Strength training for members of The Tennis & Pickleball Club at Newport Beach, under 5 minutes up Jamboree from the courts. TTC members start with a complimentary Deep Health Assessment.

No obligation. Month-to-month memberships. If you’re not a fit, we’ll tell you.

A hello from two fellow TTC members

If you're here from the court, you already know that staying on it isn't luck. It's strength.

Bryan and Leanne built The LOOK to help people move better, recover faster and stay on the court longer. Same club, same courts, same aching shoulder in the morning.

TTC members get a private consultation: your body, your injury history, and what you actually want out of your game. No class, no contract, no obligation afterwards.

No obligation. Month-to-month memberships. If you’re not a fit, we’ll tell you.

Why court players end up here

Pickleball is the fastest way to find out which side of your body has been doing all the work. Strength training is how you keep playing anyway.

  • The court punishes one side of you

Serving, reaching and pivoting load one shoulder, one hip and one side of your back over and over. Training that ignores that imbalance is how the shoulder finally goes.

  • We train around what already hurts

Old rotator cuff, cranky knee, back that flares up after a long session. Your program starts from a movement assessment, not from what worked for somebody else.

  • Strength is what keeps you playing

Legs that absorb a hard stop, a mid-section that transfers force, shoulders that hold up over three sets. That is what gets built here, in sessions that last 60 minutes.

What TTC members get

The complimentary Deep Health Assessment: 45 minutes, private, and no obligation.

  • Full-body composition scan

See exactly what’s muscle and what isn’t. A bathroom scale can’t tell you that.

  • Movement assessment

How you squat, hinge, push and pull, plus your injury history, in detail.

  • In-depth analysis of your current diet and training

What you’re eating, how you’re training now, and what’s working against you.

  • Your custom prescription plan

Built from your baseline and your goals, and mapped out before you commit to anything.

No obligation. Month-to-month memberships. If you’re not a fit, we’ll tell you.

What clients say

I've been through many gyms (big and small) and worked with as many trainers over my 51 years, and Bryan has been the best hands down. … His corrections come with reasoning, and he constantly watches you to confirm solid form.

Frequently Asked Questions

Rather just ask? Call or text (949) 518-3480.

I'm a TTC member. What exactly is the offer?

A complimentary Deep Health Assessment: 45 minutes, private, no obligation. A full-body composition scan, a movement assessment, a look at how you train and eat now, and a plan built from all three. You leave with the plan whether or not you train with us.

Will lifting make me slower or tighter on court?

Trained properly, no. Strength work is programmed around your sport, including the rotation, the single-leg work and the shoulder health that racket and paddle players need. Nobody here is going to bury you in soreness the day before a match.

I am already carrying an injury. Is this for me?

Usually yes. The assessment covers your movement and injury history before anything is written, and we train around injuries rather than through them. If what you need first is a medical professional, we will tell you.

How far is the studio from the club?

We are at 19732 MacArthur Blvd, Suite 130, Irvine, at MacArthur Blvd & Jamboree Rd — under 5 minutes up Jamboree from the club in normal traffic, with complimentary parking right outside the door.

Keep playing. Book the assessment.

45 minutes, complimentary, and you leave with a plan for your body and your game.

No obligation. Month-to-month memberships. If you’re not a fit, we’ll tell you.
